Mrs. Saroja Koulapr is basically from Vijayapur, completed M.H.Sc at UAS Dharwad. After the education joined Yuvak Vikasa Kendra as a women coordinator. Afterward leading the Vishala Organization in 1996. After 1996 YVK & HEKS Swiss donors gave an opportunity to run VISHALA independently. Till today she has implemented & mobilized resources for women empowerment (1 Federation & 2 Women’s Cooperative’s), Sustainable agriculture practices (30000 Ha), 1 Farmer producer organization (FPO), and also mobilized resources from local, State, central & Foreign.
